Our Story:

What began as a small operation in 1993 by Jay Crisford has now become one of the top rated office furniture companies in Texas. Our first store opened on Harry Hines Boulevard with 10 trailer loads of pre-owned traditional desk/credenza sets with a vision of bringing quality pre-owned furniture to Dallas from all points in the United States. Due to our commitment to customer satisfaction, great products, and amazing services we expanded to North Dallas in 2019 and have now added the finest new office furniture lines to our offerings.

Throughout the years we have completed thousands of offices while working with the clients, their architects, and interior designers. From the small business office to towering buildings containing major corporations we can almost guarantee you have seen our work. We strive to provide the city of Dallas with great service and a team you can count on.

Jay Crisford

Jay Crisford

A graduate of Greenhill School and North Texas State University with a BBA In Marketing/Finance. After 2 years in Sears Management training program entered the office furniture industry in the contract department of a large dealership in Dallas, Texas. After years of experience with national furniture manufacturers, and dealerships Jay bought 10 trailer loads of used wood bank furniture, rented a large warehouse, put a sign out front and started Front Desk Office Furniture. Jays hobbies have included motorcycling, RV’ing, and most recently traveling.

Chelsea has helped hundreds of clients since she joined the team 19 years ago. Her specialty is being able to layout and design clients spaces with ease while recommending exactly what the client wants and needs to outfit their offices. In her free time she is busy making jewelry, cooking, and being a volleyball mom.

Debbie graduated from North Texas State University with a design degree, spent several years in the design industry and today manages national projects. Her work with architects, design firms, facilities departments, and corporate upper management keeps her schedule full. At home Debbie enjoys fine dining, chicken jokes, and planning trips to Italy.

Jennifer Holland

Financial/Office Manager

Jennifer came to us from Arkansas after years of education and experience in finance with a strong operational background. Jen assures the customers orders are processed smoothly to arrive as scheduled and delivered as promised. She regularly works with all departments to assure both finances and information flow smoothly. At home Jen works out regularly, enjoys her playful big, pet cat, and enjoys many of the benefits of living close to Addison.

Joe has been with Front Desk since 1999 and today manages the general operations of all customer product applications, deliveries, and large installations. Joe enjoys soccer, playing with his dog, and working in the garden.
